Bureaucrat Demotion

Since the last blog is from months ago, i've decided to do this again and know if the community here wants to keep Tylerjensen451 as both a bureaucrat and an admin, or have him demoted to a regular user? Since Tylerjensen451 here has been reached out multiple times with no answer in sight, and he didn't anything in regards to site or content management.
